How to Get Rid of Spots?

The spots on facial skin are usually due to black heads, white heads, and pimples and sometimes over skin or acne treatments with them that cause dents on the face and last for a long time period. If we follow the following five tips we can be successful in getting rid of spots.

Tip 1: The presence of excess oil on the face for a long time blocks the pores. Since the oil is exposed to air it oxidizes and becomes black causing black heads. White heads grow because of the oil that entraps inside the inner part of the skin and remains white because it is not exposed to air. The best way to remove black heads and white heads is to exfoliate the skin two to three times a week. Do not peel out white heads but use exfoliater otherwise it may rupture the skin tissues leaving scars for a long time. Pore strip can also be used to peel of black heads easily.

Tip 2: Use medicated face wash or the face wash that is suitable for your face and is oil free regularly. This practice will keep your skin away from dust, oil and grease to stick your skin. Applying cleanser containing salicylic acid or alphahydroxil acid after washing the face may help in unblocking the pores.

Tip 3: Since blocked pores slough off the affected area, the skin becomes dead gives growth to pimples. Pimples should never be squeezed off as it goes deep into the top layer of skin and gives rise to blockage of pores. They should be peeled off by the dermatologist.

Tip 4: Hydrotherapy is the best known technique for this ailment. Doctors recommend washing out the skin with just normal cold water 20-25 times daily. It will remove any traces of grease or microbes to stick to the skin and also this exercise will increase the circulation of blood. Doctors also recommend drinking 10-12 glasses of water daily to keep the skin fresh and healthy.

Tip 5: Keep the separate towels for face and rest of body parts. Keep changing your pillow case with clean one because the oil from your hairs may stick to your skin. Avoid junk, spicy and caffeine added food.
